We look to build long lasting tenant relationships and our aim is to make the process of renting a property as stress free as possible. We aim to take care of you from the moment you start your search through to when we hand you the keys.

Our usual procedure is:

• Arrange a viewing of the property you are interested in.
• Show you around the property. This will be done by someone who is familiar with the details and will be able to answer your questions.
• Should you decide to rent the property, we will ask for a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent. When this is received we will take the property off the market and cancel any other planned viewings.
• We will send you our application form. When we receive this completed form back (please return within 48 hours) we will begin reference checks.
• Subject to suitable reference, credit and Right to Rent checks, we will arrange the tenancy signing, payment of deposit and the first month’s rent in advance.
• On check in day you will meet with someone from Crescent Lettings at the property to pick up the keys. We will sign any additional documents required and welcome you to your new home.
